Acne: let's start from within
✨ Acne: let's start from within
Acne is often perceived solely as a skin problem. However, I am increasingly convinced that the true causes lie deeper – within our body. If the body is constantly inflamed, even the best cosmetic products provide only temporary results.
🔸 Inflammatory diet
One of the most important things is to avoid foods that create an inflammatory environment in the body. The biggest culprits are:
-
refined sugar and white flour,
-
processed foods,
-
sweet drinks,
-
excessive consumption of dairy products,
-
fast food and trans fats.
Sugar is the main enemy – it raises insulin levels, activates sebaceous glands, increases inflammation, and promotes the appearance of pimples.
🔸 What to eat more of?
Clear skin largely depends on what we put on our plate. I recommend:
-
more fresh vegetables, especially leafy greens,
-
healthy fats (avocados, olive oil, seeds, nuts),
-
fish (salmon, mackerel – an excellent source of Omega-3),
-
legumes and whole grains,
-
plenty of water and herbal teas.
🔸 Parasite cleanse
Another topic rarely discussed, but which often affects the skin – parasites. They can promote inflammation, weaken immunity, and hinder nutrient absorption. Cleansing the body (for example, using wormwood, black seed, cloves, black walnut, and probiotics) not only helps improve well-being, but often also improves skin condition: it becomes clearer and calmer.
🔸 Supplements for skin from within
Skin care is not just about the outside, but also the inside. Here are some effective substances that help not only the skin, but also the entire body:
-
Milk thistle (silymarin) – helps the liver detoxify, and a cleaner liver means clearer skin.
-
Nicotinamide (a form of vitamin B3) – reduces inflammation, soothes the skin.
-
Vitamin C – a powerful antioxidant, promotes healing and collagen production.
-
Vitamin E – protects against oxidative stress.
-
Selenium – together with vitamin E, strengthens the immune system.
-
Zinc – regulates the activity of sebaceous glands, accelerates healing.
-
Green tea extract – a powerful antioxidant, reducing inflammation.
-
Omega-3 fatty acids – suppress inflammatory processes, maintain hormonal balance.
-
Vitamin D – essential for the immune system and overall skin health.
-
Probiotics – help restore intestinal microflora, which is closely related to skin condition.
🔸 External care
And finally – proper cosmetic products. They soothe, balance, and help the skin regenerate. Only by combining all these steps – diet, supplements, body cleansing, and proper external care – can long-term results be achieved.
