SPF Myths: What the Sun Really Does

SPF myths: what the sun actually does

Many people only use SPF in summer.

When the sun is shining, when it's hot, when going on vacation.

However, UV rays affect us all year round.

They penetrate:

– through clouds

– through windows

– even in winter

And they are one of the main reasons why skin ages.

UV rays:

– break down collagen

– promote pigmentation

– weaken skin structure

And this happens silently, without immediate obvious signs.

Therefore, even with the strongest serums or procedures, without SPF, the results will always be limited.

SPF is not just protection from sunburn.

It is a daily investment in youthful skin.
