Facial rosacea

Rosacea – what is it?

Rosacea is a non-contagious, chronic skin condition characterized by facial redness, dilated capillaries, rashes, and skin sensitivity or burning sensation. Rosacea can affect not only the skin but also the eyes. It most commonly occurs in middle-aged women with fair skin.

Unfortunately, conventional medicine does not precisely know the cause of rosacea.

Alternative medicine emphasizes the importance of the liver and immunity – when detoxification is impaired, toxins can manifest as skin problems. EBV (Epstein-Barr virus) is also often mentioned: when it feeds on heavy metals, dermatotoxins are formed, which weaken the liver, burden the body, and manifest as skin inflammation. Therefore, rosacea is considered a type of eczema.

👉 The poorer the liver function, the stronger the symptoms of rosacea, as the liver can no longer properly filter dermatotoxins, so they are eliminated through the skin.

Rosacea can also be provoked by high cortisol levels, which are elevated by chronic inflammation caused by heavy metal intoxication, parasites, fungi, or other toxins.
