Usage

When putting on the LED light therapy mask, make sure the eye protection fully covers both eyes.
Adjust and tighten the straps so that the mask is comfortable and fits snugly.
Before use, illuminate your face for 1 minute. If you do not experience discomfort, you can continue the procedure.
Start with intensity level 1-2 for the first few times to allow the skin to adapt and form a protective barrier.
Continue to choose the intensity level according to your skin condition — do not try to blindly increase the light intensity or the duration of the procedure.
Always adjust the illumination time according to the actual condition of the skin.
It is recommended to use the mask 3-5 times a week, with each procedure lasting 10-20 minutes.
